Parece que nos ha salido un duro competidor en las ondas, se trata de The Flaming Lips, que asociados con McSweeny y como si fuesen el mismísimo Orson Wells han montado un programa de radio en la KCRW.
Producido por Richard Parks, se trata de un show de ciencia ficción (o radionovela) llamado “Wayne Coyne’s Human Head-Shaped Tumor” o lo que es lo mismo “El Tumor en Forma de Cabeza de Wayne Coyne” y trata sobre sobre un tumor imaginario con forma de cabeza humana que le está creciendo a Wayne Coyne en la pierna y habla, mientras que la imagen y el logo del programa parecen sacados de una animación de Joaquín Reyes para sus Muchachadas, sus Museos o sus Horas Chanantes.
